SMRITI 2026 – Farewell

Besant Evening College, Kodialbail, Mangalore, organized “SMRITI 2026”, the farewell programme for the outgoing batch of 2023–2026, on 27 May 2026 at 5:30 PM in the M.Com Auditorium. The event was a memorable celebration filled with nostalgia, gratitude, and joy as students, faculty, and staff gathered to bid farewell to the final-year students.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome to the gathering. The Principal addressed the students and congratulated the outgoing batch on their achievements. In the address, the Principal encouraged the students to pursue their future aspirations with confidence, dedication, and integrity while cherishing the values and experiences gained during their college life.

Faculty members and non-teaching staff also shared their thoughts and best wishes. They reflected on the students’ academic journey, participation in various college activities, and the memorable moments created over the years. Their words of encouragement inspired the students as they prepared to embark on a new chapter in their lives.

The first- and second-year students expressed their appreciation and gratitude towards the final-year students. They shared their experiences of learning, friendship, and guidance received from them and conveyed their heartfelt wishes for a bright and successful future.

The final-year students then shared their cherished memories and experiences at Besant Evening College. They fondly recalled the friendships formed, lessons learned, challenges overcome, and the support received from faculty members and classmates. Their speeches reflected gratitude, happiness, and nostalgia, making the occasion truly emotional and memorable.

The formal programme was followed by a series of fun-filled games and vibrant cultural performances organized by the students.
