Report of the Workshop on Choice Based Credit System (CBCS)

The Private CollegePrincipals Association of Mangalore University in association with BesantEvening College Organisded a one day work shop on 7th June 2019 onthe new Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) for the UG courses of the MangaloreUniversity from the academic year 2019-20. The work shop was inaugurated by SriKudpi Jagadeesh Shenoy, President Women’s National Education Society. Prof.Ishwar Bhat, Retired professor of Mangalore University in the department ofScience and Technology was the resource person. He was the chair person of thecommittee for drafting the regulations governing the CBCS system. He in hispresentation elaborated the guidelines and the regulations governing thesystem. He also spoke about SWAYAM platform and MOOCS courses. Samuel K Samuel,president of the association, presided over the function. Prof Rajan V NVice-president of the Association proposed vote of thanks.
