Cooking without fire competition

Inter class cooking without fire competition for both UG andPG students was conducted on 09th September, 2019. One hour time was allottedfor cooking and 15 minutes for presentation. Total 9 teams had participated. Varietyof unique dishes were prepared and presented by the students. The competition was judged by MrsSwapna, Co Propriotor of Dream House of Fashions, Mangalore, Ms Manisha,Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, Sahyadri College ofEngineering and Management, Mangalore, Mr Sanjeeva, Librarian, M.comdepartment, Mr Rajaram Bhat, Assistant Librarian, UG department, Besant EveningCollege. Dr Laxminarayan Bhat, Principal, Prof. Ganapathi Bhat M, Department ofHindi, Prof. Mohandas, Department of Kannada, Besant Evening college came andtasted the dishes made by the students and appreciated them for preparingvariety of tasty dishes with limited period of time.
