Blood Donation Drive

The Alumni Association of Besant Eveniong College has designed an innovative initiative in the name of “Blood donation Drive”. It was organised at KMC hospital Mangalore in association with the Blood bank. The Alumni association has realised that in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic, there will be greater need for blood. Further, the youth are going to be vaccinated in the near future. Once they are vaccinated they will not be able to donate blood in the near future. With this backdrop the association found it necessary to initiate this drive. The beginning of this drive was held between 28th May 2021 to 30th May 2021. @5 units of blood has been collected during these days.
