A Talk on Various Scholarships

Atalk was arranged on 25th July, 2018 in the College Auditoriumregarding various scholarships which are available to the students. Sri. K.Narayan Nayak, retired school inspector was the resource person. The principal,Dr. Lakshminarayan Bhat presided over the function and welcomed the resourceperson to the gathering. Dr. Vasappa Gowda introduced the resource person tothe audience. In his speech Sri Narayan Nayak explained about variousscholarships available to various categories of students who are pursuing theireducation from primary level to post graduation general education as well asprofessional education like diploma, medical and engineering education. Hespoke about an hour and brought awareness about various scholarships fromCentral Government, State Government and non-governmental institution/organisations. He enlightened the students about the following scholarshipswhich are available to them. Atthe end students have asked various questions and clarified their doubts. Theresource person distributed the specimen copies of various scholarships. Theprogramme ended with vote of thanks by students union council president MrKaushik.
