A speech on Scholarships

The Department ofLibrary and Information Center has arranged a talk on various scholarshipsavailable to the higher education by the Government and Non-GovernmentalOrganisations on 23rd Dec, 2021. Sri. K. Narayan Nayak, retiredschool inspector was the resource person. The Librarian of the college, DrVasappa Gowda introduced and Principal of the college, Dr Lakshminarayana Bhat welcomedthe resource person to the gathering. In his speech SriNarayan Nayak explained about various scholarships available to variouscategories of students who are pursuing their education from primary level topost graduation general education as well as professional education likediploma, medical and engineering education. He spoke about an hour and broughtawareness about various scholarships from Central Government, State Governmentand non-governmental institutions/ organisations. He enlightened the studentsabout the following scholarships which are available to them.
