A presentation on Innovative & Constructive Management

The Research andDevelopment Cell of the college in association with the Department of PG Studiesin Commerce has organized a presentation on “Innovative & Constructive Management”was held on 16 March, 2019 in the MCom auditorium.Mr Pavanajaya N, GeneralManager, Friends Veneer & Ply, Mangalore was the resource person. MrPavanajaya is an Ex-service man served in the armed forces for about 20 years.He has also a post graduate from Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. At presenthe is running a business firm ‘Friends Veneer & Ply’ at Baikampady,Mangalore. Being an expert in counselling and a motivator for the youngsters todevelop their career, Mr Pavanajaya has given a motivational speech to the MComand UG students to cultivate the habit of develop the self-confidence among theto face the present challenges and convert them into future opportunities. MrPavanajaya shared his life experiences in his military days. He spoke about thetime management and effective use of time for the innovative and constructivemanagement. He also gave the tips to the students about the national security.Interaction was held among the students to clarify about various doubts.Theprogramme began with a formal function.
