The Onam Celebration at Besant Evening College was held on 16th September 2025 from 4:30 p.m. onwards at the MCOM Auditorium. The program was presided over by Dr. Parashram Ramalagi, Principal of Besant Evening College, and the Chief Guest was Smt. Lalitha G. Mallya, Correspondent of Besant Evening College.

In her address, the Chief Guest highlighted the importance of Kerala’s rich traditions and cultural systems. She also shared her experiences as a Keralite and emphasized how the festival of Onam reflects unity, prosperity, and joy.

The celebration was further brightened by a variety of cultural events. Students performed traditional dances that brought alive the festive spirit. Fun games were also organized for both students and staff, making the occasion lively and memorable.

The program concluded with a note of gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the event.
