“Guru Vandanam”-Teachers’ Day Celebration 25-26

The Teachers’ Day celebration at Besant Evening College, Mangalore, was held on 3rd September 2025 at 5:30 PM in the M.Com Auditorium. The program was organized under the theme “Guru Vandanam – Salutation to Teachers” to honor both teaching and non-teaching staff.

The event began with an invocation, followed by a warm welcome address. The Principal, dignitaries, staff, and students gathered to mark the special occasion.

Students expressed their gratitude towards teachers through cultural performances such as songs and, dances, which brought joy to the audience. In addition, the celebration featured fun activities and games for teachers, creating moments of laughter and bonding. The staff members too joined in with their own performances, which added a lively spirit to the evening.

The program beautifully blended respect with entertainment, making the teachers feel valued and appreciated. The heartfelt participation of both students and staff made the event memorable.
