Gender Equity Programme

Women Cell in association with Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell organised a Guest Lecture on the topic “Gender Equity” by Dr.Shalini Aiyappa Assistant Professor & HOD Department of Psychology St.Aloysius College, Mangalore on 12th March 2021 M.Com (Final)class room for both U.G and PG students. Mrs Thara Shetty, Convener, Women andAnti-Harassment Cell, introduced and welcomed the resource person and thegathering. Dr Laxminarayan Bhat, the Principal, addressed the gathering. The resource person Dr. ShaliniAiyappa shared her views about gender equity by saying both men and women areresponsible for equality.
