GANDHI JAYANTHI AND CAMPUS CLEAN -UP DRIVE

Besant Evening College celebrated Gandhi Jayanthi on 2 October 2025 with great respect and enthusiasm. The programme was attended by the Principal, staff members, and students of the college.

The event began with a floral tribute offered to the portrait of Mahatma Gandhi, remembering his values of truth and non-violence. After the tribute, sweets were distributed among the students and staff to mark the occasion. As part of the celebration, a campus cleaning drive was organized, where students and staff actively participated, spreading the message of cleanliness and responsibility towards the environment.

The programme concluded successfully, instilling the spirit of Gandhiji’s teachings and reaffirming the commitment of the college community to his values.
